Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta 2010

The photos in this gallery are from two mornings at the Balloon Fiesta. Thursday morning Oct. 7th was a special shapes launch and Saturday Oct 9th was a mass ascension. Thursday there was more room to walk around and get up close to the balloons. Saturday morning was just amazing, with over 700 balloons launching in two hours from an area the size of 54 football fields that was flooded with 100,000 (the number of “0” is correct) people.
