Honor Flights

The Blue Angels (flying F-18s) and Thunderbirds (flying F-16s) made a flight over hospitals in Atlanta in honor of the health care workers in this area. The traffic was jammed on 400 on the way down to the general area of 400 and I-285 and on the way north after the event. We saw people on top of almost all the parking decks in that area which showed a lot of excitement and anticipation of the event. In the distant shots the jets are over 8 miles away. The closes shots were just over a mile away. An 1100mm lens was used to capture these images.
